Dear current SPAAMFAA Members:
As you can see from the website and the Newsletter, 2009 has been a very busy year. Along with our usual events, we have been active in the National events as well, including the winter Pomona CA sponsored by the Crown Fire Coach Enthusiasts. We exercised our vehicles at the annual Pumpnic, at Galveston Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day Parade, and downtown Thanksgiving Parade. Several new members joined the club, including several from Louisiana. Welcome everyone! We'd like to further increase the number of events the clubs sponsors, and welcome your ideas. The best thing we can do is be visible in the public's eye.
Dear Future Members:
We are happy that you have found our website and welcome you to explore further the enjoyment of being a member. By now after viewing the website, you have gained a little more knowledge about the National SPAAMFAA chapter and our local organization. We have a great group of people with a wealth of experience to support your fire truck restoration needs, and a network of contacts available to assist locating those hard-to-find items. Or if you just prefer the camaraderie of joining a spirited club, we can satisfy that interest also. You are encouraged to come to our monthly meetings to check us out. Please don’t hesitate to contact the club or webmaster for more details.
